Windmasters Hill practice Windmasters Hill has a Baronial practice in place of the Elvegast practice on the 3rd Sunday of every month. The site varies a little bit. For all of the practices in Windmasters (Elvegast, Nimenfeld, & Kapellenberg), they are a combined armored and rapier practice, and there's always plenty of room for both.
